FAQ, SHIPPING, DELIVERY RETURNS

Once an order has been placed, it can be modified or canceled within the first 12-24 hours of placing the order. For order cancellations, please contact us at hello@edmee.pk Note: Once an order is being prepared for shipment, we cannot cancel it.

Standard Delivery charges across Pakistan are Rs. 200.

The order will be sent to the mentioned address, so if you prefer to make a purchase in person, you can visit the retail stores where EDMEE products are available.

Cash on delivery.

Never accept pressed or opened parcels. If your package or product is damaged, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately at hello@edmee.pk or 0329 9977999. You can also message us on Instagram. Please do not discard the product or the packaging as these materials may be required for your claim to be processed.

EDMEE International is shipping Nationwide - Pakistan.

Confirmation emails are typically received shortly after the order is placed. If you do not receive your confirmation email right away, it may be due to your order being placed during a period of high order volume, such as an exciting new launch or promotion. If you have not received your confirmation email within 24 hours after your order is placed, please email us at hello@edmee.pk so that we may assist you further!

All orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) and require 3-5 business days for delivery.

Products purchased online can ONLY be exchanged online within 7 days of purchase. The original recipients must be attached and the product must be in original packing. The products must be evaluated by our team before making an exchange and the time period for an exchange request can be 5 – 7 business days. You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges for returned products, and to ensure that the returned products are in the same condition. In-case of stock out, customers have to wait till the arrival of the stock, and upon agreement we can provide online store credit.

Yes, our products are completely vegan and cruelty free. We prioritize ethical and inclusive practices in the creation of our skin care line, ensuring that our customers can enjoy high-quality products that align with their values.

Yes, all of our products have been made through a clean and damp, kind process, which means they have undergone thorough processes to make sure they are 100% sulfate, paraben, vegan, toxin & damp; cruelty free. So yes, all our products are very safe to use in pregnancy!

Yes - all our products have been through a clean and kind process, but we still would recommend you to do a patch test prior to incorporating any skincare product in your routine.

Yes, some of our products have fragrance in them, but not more than 0.3% and are all derived from natural materials, hence making them completely safe and gentle on sensitive skin. However, our serums are completely fragrance free.
